Small Group Personal Training with Kim

Classes are focused on weight loss, strength building, and body sculpting.  A variety of equipment is used, from kettlebells and dumbbells to resistance tubes and sliders.  This is a class for all ranges of fitness and experience

Group Personal Training with Michelle

Classes are focused on weight loss, strength recovery and rehabilitation.  A variety of equipment is used from kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance equipment and sometimes starts off at body weight work only.  The Raising the Bar program is for those 50 and over, although anyone with rehabilitative issues or concerns are welcome.  Specialized corrective work is available through one on one training sessions and are usually short term.
