CrossFit 1

CrossFit class learning the technical skills of olympic lifting, strength training, endurance and body weight exercises.  This class can be the stepping stone to Level 2. 

CrossFit 2

Level 2 CrossFitters must know all the olympic lifts and pass a skills test.  This class works on advancing skills and technique, and will assist in achieving competitive level status.
